1-ABOUT DELHI UNIVERSITY -
Delhi university(D.U.) located in Delhi. It is known for it's high
standard in teaching and research as well as the eminent scholars that it
attracts to it's faculty .It is established in 1922 .There are around 1,32,435
regular students in which 1,14,494 belongs to under graduate courses and 17,941
belong to post graduate .In D.U. there is an election committee that is very
well known as Delhi University Student Union (D.U.S.U.) .It is only affiliated
in some college of Delhi University .President of D.U. collects all colleges president that follow
D.US.U. to solve the problem associate by D.U. .
1.2 STUDENTS LIFE-
Students of the university are involved in various national and state
level social activism. Du organised fest in all colleges that's how students
interact with each other .Even students join societies that help them to
interact with their seniors and juniors.Also they have right to choose their president
of college that help him in any problem.There is a ragging cell that is control
by college students so there is no chance of ragging .Even college are so
pretty and help every new comer in college .

2-BACHELOR of MANAGEMENT STUDIES
(B.M.S.) -
B.M.S. is an
undergraduate program for management studies offered by Delhi
University. It belong to Faculty Of Applied Social Science . It is mainly
for commerce students but science students also done this course.The
course allows you to obtain the knowledge and skills needed to assume
management positions in a wide range of organizations.
Allow students to develop deeper knowledge in
specific areas of interest. In addition to business management course, It
will equip you to understand how organizations work, how they are managed, and
how they interact with local, national and international environments.Even some
students doing internship by our own .College also provide cells that gives you
opportunity to show your own passion and skills.
Even some colleges also give courses including with
B.M.S. like stock exchange course.These courses gives stock exchange related
information that tell student how to earn money in college time gives a course
related certificate and many more.
2.1 ELIGIBILITY -
1-You passed 12th standard (central board of
secondary education) .
2- General category and Other backward class have
at least 60 percentage and for SC/ST students at least 55 percent in four
subject including Maths,English,Physics and Chemistry.
3- In 12th standard ,Student passed all the five
subject .
4- Students who have compartment in any one subject
he/she is not eligible for exam.
5- Students who have compartment in any one subject
he/she is not eligible for exam.
6-Maths is compulsory subject required to sit in
the entrance exam .
7-The B.M.S. entrance exam rank is calculated as per the Delhi
University rule -only 80 percent depends on entrance exam and another 20 percent
of group discussion and personal interview .

DISCUSSION (G.D.)-
1- Teachers gives you a topic . Ex-RED ,SKILL DEVELOPMENT
, WATER RESOURCES , ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT etc.
2- In G.D. teachers give a minute to think about topic .
3- And after that students discuss for 2-3 minutes .
4- At last there is a conclusion given by only one students .
2.5 ABOUT
PERSONAL INTERVIEW (P.I.)-
1- In P.I. firstly teachers ask to introduce
yourself .
2- Ask some questions associated to your interview
mostly from your hobbies part.
3-Which course you give most preference and why?
4- If you belongs to science stream so why you
choose B.M.S or B.B.E not engineering?
5- What is your percentage in 12th standard ?
6- Is you give any engineering entrance exam paper
if yes so which rank you got in it?
7- What is the difference between B.M.S or B.B.E ?
8- What is the difference between administration
and management ?
and many more mostly general knowledge questions
from current affairs.
2.6 HOW TO GET GOOD
MARKS IN G.D. AND P.I.-
1- Dress up in a formal wear.
2- The main purpose of G.D. is to check your
confidence level and speaking skill so please do not sit quite in G.D. hall say
something about the topic as much as possible no matter if you speak something
wrong this show that that you are a good speaker and thinker.
3- If you are not a good thinker so do not worry
speak only some few lines but that are related to topic and impressive .
4- Do not hesitate if someone who sit with you
speak more than you ,only give truth fact and impressive facts.
5- Use impressive words as much as possible for
you.
4- If you do not know about topic so firstly listen
other views and give yours .
5- In P.I. give your answer with confidence ,no
matter if you use some words of Hindi but ignore if you are a good English
speaker .
6- Should not telling lie in any question ,teachers
elaborate sometimes to the question.
